Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For all orders, we ship daily and you should generally allow 2-10 days for your order to arrive within Australia and up to 21 days for international orders. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact us at support@juliet-allen.com. Deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate for all of our shipping options.
Within Australia:

*Duties & Taxes- Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Juliet Allen Pty Ltd is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed it can not at any point be cancelled. Payments and orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds or credits unless, in exceptional circumstances. This decision is at the discretion of Juliet Allen Pty Ltd.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or unexpected delays on an item being delivered, so please choose carefully.
We respect our right under consumer law not to offer refunds on orders because of delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen delays.
I received a damaged item, help!
We personally inspect all items prior to the individual courier delivering your item/s and all items are sent in perfect condition. If your piece is damaged in transit we unquestionably provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Will my parcel be discrete?
Yes. Our external packaging is not branded and our parcels come from "Juliet".
We declare The Juliet Pleasure Wands as 'Crystals'.
What will show up on my credit card/PayPal statement?
Your purchase will display as ‘SP* 'JULIET ALLEN' on your bank statement.
How can I track my package?
When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check on your order by using the link in your order confirmation email.
Please note: all of our shipments require a signature on delivery.
