All pricing is in US Dollars.

Shipping

Juliet Allen Pty Ltd ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries worldwide.

You'll be able to track your order through the tracking email you'll receive as well as via AUSTRALIA POST website. Should you require a more specific ETA you can always contact your local AUSTRALIA POST directly with the tracking number we provide when dispatching your order. 

Please note: In the event of re-delivery or address changes, the customer must contact the courier directly.

All orders are dispatched weekly, taking into consideration public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods where there may be delays. Once we have shipped the item, and the customer has received confirmation of tracking and postage, it is no longer the responsibility of Juliet Allen Pty Ltd. No refunds are available in the unforeseen circumstance that the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.

Within Australia:

We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of US$10 and express is US$15.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items. Estimated delivery times in Australia 2-10 days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak times - please email support@juliet-allen.com if you do not receive your order in the specified timeframe.

International:

For all international customers, we use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of US$20 and express is US$40.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items. Please allow at least 15 working days. Due to COVID, some international deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. 

Please note: duties and taxes may be incurred on some orders. Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are applied by the individual country’s customs office and are therefore out of Juliet Allen Pty Ltd’s control.

Returns

Change of mind:

Juliet Allen Pty Ltd encourages intentional, considered and conscious purchasing and use of our products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on change of mind, nor replacement of any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit, deemed a manufacturing fault or an order error.

Faults or Discrepancies:

We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or other discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving. 

All The Juliet Pleasure Wand crystals are unique and from the earth, no two crystals are the same. Due to the material of the products being natural, small imperfections are normal. Please keep in mind that crystals tend to vary in size and colour. Crystals are to be used internally at the customer’s discretion. 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you believe the product you received is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@juliet-allen.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please make special note of this timeframe.

Upon inspection, we will take the appropriate measures of either a replacement or store credit. If eligibility for a return has been approved, your item must be returned to us unused in the original packaging. Please note: Juliet Allen Pty Ltd does not cover the shipping cost associated with returns. 

Sales Terms & Conditions

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount and are not applicable to gift cards. Please ensure you have entered any discount codes you would like to use, as we are unable to honour them retroactively. No refunds will be issued if you have forgotten to use a discount code. Special offers cannot be applied retroactively to orders.
