Sleeping naked isn’t for everyone, but if it’s for you, then you’re onto a good thing.  Personally, I can’t remember the last time I wore clothes to bed - it makes me feel restricted and I see sleeping nude as a great opportunity to cuddle up to my partner and enjoy a few hours of intimacy while we sleep. Don’t get me wrong, there’s all sorts of comfy and sexy pyjamas out there to enjoy this winter, but the most comfortable clothes you can possibly wear are no clothes at all. Not convinced? Ditching clothes at bedtime will reduce the risk of waking up to scrunched up pyjama pants, restrictive tops and annoying buttons and clasps that press into your skin. Wearing no clothes gives your body the freedom to move with ease and reduces unnecessary overheating of the body. Sleeping naked also helps you to feel sexy and free in your own skin… there’s also nothing sexier than feeling your naked skin against the sheets, or pressing up naked against your lover.
