SexLife™ Membership - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of and participation in the SexLife™ membership ("SexLife™", "the Membership"), operated by Juliet Allen Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing access to SexLife™, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

SexLife™ is a digital membership experience providing access to:

online programs and courses
group sessions
community spaces
educational content and resources

SexLife™ is offered across different membership tiers (e.g. Foundations and Inner Circle), each providing access to different content, sessions, and features as described at the time of purchase.

Access is provided via our online platform and is available for the duration of your active subscription, and is scoped to the tier you are subscribed to.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

SexLife™ operates on a recurring monthly (or annual, where selected) subscription.

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle you have paid for.
No refunds or partial refunds are available on your SexLife™ membership
You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancellation.

Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer a free trial period on select SexLife™ tiers.

The free trial is available to those who are not currently an active SexLife™ member, including past members who have previously cancelled.

At the end of the free trial period, your membership will automatically renew, and you will be charged the standard Foundations subscription rate (currently $99 USD/month) unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

It is your responsibility to cancel via your account settings before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue as a paying member.

No refunds will be provided for charges processed at the end of a free trial period, including if you forget to cancel.

Free trials are limited to one per person/household and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise at the time of the offer.

We reserve the right to end, extend, or modify free trial offers at our discretion.

Upgrades

If you would like to upgrade to a different tier (e.g. from Foundations to Inner Circle), you may do so at any time via your account.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remainder of that billing month.

Downgrades

Downgrades to a different tier take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, in the same way as cancellations. You will retain access to your current tier until that date.

Promotional & Limited-Time Pricing

Any promotional, discounted, or limited-time pricing offered at the time of purchase is valid for as long as your membership remains active and continuous.

If your membership ends for any reason (including cancellation or failed payment) and you later resubscribe, access will be at current standard pricing, and original promotional pricing will not be reinstated.

3. Access to Content

Your membership provides access to all content included in your current tier for the duration of your active subscription.

You must have an active SexLife™ subscription to access programs and content.
Access is licensed, not transferred.
Upon cancellation, downgrade, or failed payment, your access to the relevant membership content will be adjusted or removed accordingly.
SexLife™ may be discontinued in the future, which would result in the end of member access. If this were to occur, all members would be given reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content within the Membership at any time.

4. Payments & Failed Payments

Payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis from your date of sign up.
The frequency of your payments will determine if you selected a monthly or annual subscription
If a payment fails and is unsuccessful in the following attempts, your access will be paused or revoked until payment is resolved.
We are not responsible for any disruption to access due to failed payments.

5. Community Guidelines & Participation

SexLife™ is a shared community space. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly.

This includes:

communicating with care and awareness
respecting the privacy and confidentiality of others
not sharing content, conversations, or member information outside the space

We reserve the right to remove access if these guidelines are not upheld.

6. Scope of Support

SexLife™ is an educational and experiential space, not a therapeutic or crisis-support environment.

This Membership does not provide therapy, psychological treatment, or crisis support
It is not a space for processing acute trauma or crisis situations
We ask that members take responsibility for seeking appropriate professional support where needed

While vulnerability and sharing are welcome, this space is not equipped to hold or respond to crisis-level needs.

7. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions
you participate in the Membership voluntarily and at your own discretion
you will engage with the material in a way that is appropriate for your individual needs
