TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
Juliet Allen Pty Ltd Mentorship Terms
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are entered into by and between: Juliet Allen Pty Ltd and the Client, whereby Juliet Allen Pty Ltd agrees to provide Mentoring Services for the Client.
Description of Mentoring: Mentoring is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Mentor and the Client. It is designed to support and inspire the Client to reach their full potential through goal-setting and self-development across key areas of life and health.
Mentor-Client Relationship
The Mentor agrees to uphold the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation (ICF) (coachfederation.org/icf-ethics). The Client is encouraged to familiarise themselves with these standards.
The Client understands and agrees they are fully responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the mentoring process. The Mentor is not liable for any actions, inaction, or outcomes connected to the mentoring relationship.
Mentoring is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional treatment of mental or physical health conditions.
The Client may end the mentoring relationship at any time. Similarly, the Client acknowledges that mentoring may touch on multiple areas of life, including relationships, work, finances, health, and more. How they apply insights from mentoring is solely up to them.
If the Client is under the care of a healthcare or mental health professional, they are encouraged to inform that provider of their engagement in this mentoring relationship.
The Client agrees to be honest, open to feedback, and committed to showing up fully for the experience.

The mentoring arrangement includes either a single session or a series of sessions via video or phone call. The Mentor will be available during scheduled times only.

These T&Cs are valid as of May 2025.

The Client is responsible for booking their sessions using the Mentorβs online calendar. The Client will initiate all sessions using the Zoom or phone link provided at the time of booking.
Confidentiality
All conversations and materials shared between Mentor and Client will be kept strictly confidential. Sessions will not be recorded. However, this relationship is not protected by the same legal confidentiality rights as those in medical or legal professions.
The Mentor will not disclose any Client information without written consent, unless:
required by law or subpoena,
the Mentor believes the Client or others are at risk,
the information involves illegal activity,
the information is publicly available or previously known by the Mentor,
it is shared by a third party without breach of confidentiality.
Clients are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns around confidentiality directly with the Mentor.
Communication Guidelines
To maintain a respectful and productive space:
All messaging (e.g., via Telegram, WhatsApp, or another agreed-upon messaging platform) should stay focused on mentoring goals.
Communications should be relevant, professional, and within the scope of the mentorship.
The Mentor will respond during business hours (Monday to Friday). Messages outside these hours may be addressed the following business day.
Limited Liability
The Mentor makes no guarantees about the outcomes of the mentoring process. The Client understands that results depend on their own effort and commitment. Under no circumstances will the Mentor be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
If any liability does arise, it will be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the services received.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between the Client and the Mentor. They override any prior discussions or agreements and can only be amended in writing by both parties.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for up to 30 days. If legal action follows, the prevailing party may recover legal fees and court costs.
Severability
If any part of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If limiting a clause would make it valid, it will be enforced with that limitation in place.
Waiver
If either party chooses not to enforce a part of these T&Cs, it does not waive their right to enforce it in the future.
Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
