Exploring Tantric Masturbation

Let's dive deep into the world of Tantric masturbation! As a sexologist and relationship coach, I believe that sexuality is a powerful force for personal growth and spiritual development. And when it comes to Tantra, the practice of mindfulness and presence is essential for experiencing pleasure and connection in all areas of life.

At the heart of Tantric masturbation is the concept of self-love and acceptance. It's about recognising and embracing every aspect of our sexuality, including the complicated and challenging parts. By taking the time to explore and celebrate our bodies and hearts, we can connect with our inner selves and experience profound levels of pleasure.

To fully embrace the principles of Tantric masturbation, the first thing I recommend is to incorporate breathwork into your practice. By breathing deeply and slowly, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us reach deeper levels of relaxation and pleasure.

One powerful breath technique to try is called the "three-part breath". Begin by inhaling deeply into your belly, filling it up with air. Then, continue to inhale and expand your chest, letting the breath move all the way up into your collarbones. Hold the breath at the top for a moment, and then slowly exhale, starting with the chest and letting the breath move down through the belly. Repeat this cycle several times, allowing your breath to guide the rhythm of your body and your pleasure.
